Call it Quits is a program that helps you discover why you smoke, your triggers, and helps you develop a plan on dealing with the habits of smoking. FREE nicotine replacement therapy products (patches, gum or lozenges) are provided to help ease the transition from smoker to non-smoker.

CAll it Quits mission is to provide quit assistance and support to Ventura County Residents and Employees by:

  • Presenting tools for a successful quit
  • Supplying free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT)
  • Educating family and friends on how to best help the quitter

Call it Quits provides:

  • Options for free quit assistance counseling- it is your preference, with other programs to chose from
    • Group classes
    • One-on-One assistance
    • On-line assistance
    • Telephone counseling
  • Free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT)
  • Reimbursement for pharmacotherapy

You will be eligible to receive free nicotine replacement therapy and/or reimbursement for pharmacotherapy if you meet the following requirements:

  1. You are a Ventura County resident or Employee
  2. You can show proof of active enrollment in one of our "Call it Quits" approved counseling programs.
