The Community Memorial Hospital Foundation provides a variety of activities and charitable events throughout the year. They are designed to not only raise money for various hospital programs and equipment, but also to allow the community to interact, on a social level, with the men and women whose tireless efforts protect and comfort the lives of countless Ventura County residents.
Benefactors' Ball
The Benefactors' Ball is the longest running of the Foundation's charitable events. This black tie affair has been a time honored Foundation tradition for over thirty years. Every year hospital and community leaders from all over the county gather together for a night of fine dining, live music, and dancing in support of Community Memorial Hospital.

Gold Dust Gala
The Gold Dust Gala is another of the Foundation's annual fundraising events attracting music fans from all over Ventura and LA counties. This popular concert is now in its seventeenth year. Funds raised by the Gold Dust Gala help uninsured and underinsured women in our community, who lack the financial means, access to potentially life-saving breast care through the Breast Center at Community Memorial Hospital.
