CMH Offering Free Monthly Meditation Classes to Reduce Stress

Community Memorial Hospital is offering free monthly meditation classes for participants in its HeartAware and StrokeAware programs.

Diana Castellanos, a licensed massage therapist who also is certified in craniosacral therapy and a reiki master, will instruct the classes that will be held the second Monday of each month, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., in CMH’s eighth-floor Nichols Auditorium.
