FREE Meditation Class to Reduce Stress

Consider trying meditation if stress has you anxious, tense and worried. Even a few minutes can bring about calmness and inner peace. No special equipment is needed and anyone can practice meditation, just about anywhere. Whether you're walking, at the doctors office, or in the middle of a meeting.
Community Memorial Health System offers Meditation Classes for Stress Reduction provided free to HealthAware participants and CMH Employees. Reiki Master, Diana Castellanos, CST, LMT leads the class.
Classes are every second Monday of the Month at 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm at the HealthAware office, located at 168 N. Brent Street, 3rd floor, CMH Outpatient Radiology.
