Program held Monthly on Heart Disease Prevention Strategies

Heart disease continues to be the number one killer of American men and women. To help you reach the goal of preventing this from happening to you, Community Memorial Health System offers FREE Prevention Strategy programs every third Thursday of the month.
Each program includes Heart Disease related topics presented by leading local experts. The next Prevention Strategies program is "Heart Healthy for the Holidays" Cooking Consciously During the Season for Great Taste & Optimal Health, presented by Jessica McGrath Food Behaviorist, Certified Holistic Health Coach and Personal Chef. On Thursday, November 15 from 6:00 to 7:30 P.M. at CMHS Training Center located at 2809 Main St, Ventura. Refreshments will be served.
