Camarillo, California, 02/20/2015
Community Memorial Health System has opened the Santa Rosa Health Center office in the Santa Rosa Valley, bringing specialty healthcare to residents in the following areas of medicine: internal medicine, neurology and neuromuscular disease, endocrinology, physical medicine and rehabilitation as well as laboratory services, and will soon include cardiology and gastroenterology.
The Santa Rosa Health Center – part of Community Memorial Health System – is a unique free standing health center conveniently located at 5800 Santa Rosa Road, Suite 149, in Camarillo. Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Board-certified physicians practicing at the center are: Eric Watson, M.D., physical medicine and rehabilitation; Cammy Babaie, M.D., internal medicine; Debra Quyang, M.D., endocrinology; and Darshan Shah, M.D., neurology and neuromuscular disease. The office also offers a comprehensive referral network of doctors and specialists and access to state-of-the-art healthcare technologies at Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura.
“We are so excited to offer Santa Rosa Health Center to the city of Camarillo,” said Kimberly Bridges, vice president of CMHS’s Centers for Family Health. “Our goal was to open a center specific to the needs of the seniors living in Leisure Village, as well as the community of Santa Rosa where medical access is an issue. For that reason our anchor physician is an internist, and we have five represented medical subspecialties in our physician panel.”
The office is bilingual and accepts most private and managed care insurance plans, including Medicare, SCAN, Secure Horizons, Medi-Cal, Seaview and TRICARE. For an appointment, call 805/465-8900.
