I helped my mother move to Ojai last summer. She is in her early 90s. Twice since her move, I have found it necessary to take her to the Emergency Room at Ojai Valley Community Hospital. It is so comforting and reassuring to have our own hospital in Ojai, practically right around the corner, that is easily accessed, especially at night and early morning hours, when emergencies are likely to occur.

All details of our emergency visits were handled with expediency and competence. The staff members are all friendly, compassionate, helpful and professional. Many of them are hometown friends and neighbors I’ve either seen around town or know by name. The doctors have been thorough in their treatment, follow-through and recommendations. My mother, coming from a much larger community, has never experienced such personalized care.

We both feel blessed and comforted knowing the medical staff in Ojai is available for our use. Thank you so much to the entire staff of Ojai Hospital. You are truly a treasure!
