Your health is important. That is why Community Memorial Health System offers Heart, Stroke and Diabetes HealthAware risk assesment programs. These free online risk assessments that are designed to determine your risk factors for developing diabetes and heart disease which can lead to a heart attack or stroke.
CLASSES & SUPPORT GROUPS
Every month, Community Memorial Health System offers a variety of support and informational meetings. Classes and Support Groups are offered for General Health as well as specific classes within our Programs of Distinction: Heart & Vascular, Maternal Child Health, Cancer Program.
