Ryan Fairley, D.O.
Dr. Ryan Fairley grew up in North Platte, Nebraska and as a child showed horses competitively. He made his way to University of South Dakota to major in Biology. While there, Ryan earned a thesis scholar, became a school ambassador, and was active in Greek life. After obtaining his bachelors, he was accepted in to medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and developed a passion for general surgery. Becoming a surgeon was appealing to him because of the ability to see various pathologies and treating them first hand. Outside of medicine, Ryan has interests in running, tennis, watching Royals baseball, and catching up on television series. As a new resident of Southern California, he would like to learn how to surf. One of his most proud lifetime accomplishments was being named the 2004 National Team Demonstration Champion in Equine First Aid. He is excited to call Ventura home for the next five years and at this time is undecided if he wants to pursue a surgical fellowship.
