Olga Garcia, D.O.
Dr. Olga Garcia moved to the US from Russia at age 12. She received her BS in Biology at Missouri Southern State University and competed in cross country and track. She was accepted to the US Air Force Health Professions Scholarship Program and was commissioned as a second lieutenant prior to attending medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. While there she led the Fit Doctors Association and qualified for and competed in the Boston Marathon. Dr. Garcia completed her internship at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento. In her free time she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, volunteering, and being active. Her professional interests include acute care surgery, surgical oncology, teaching, and nutrition.
