Karim Jreije, D.O.
Dr. Karim Jreije was born and raised in Southern California. For his undergraduate career, he attended University of California, Riverside and majored in Neuroscience. While at UCR, he played for the college rugby team and was involved in community outreach teaching programs. After undergraduate education, he attended one year of graduate school focusing on biomedical science and continued to work on research. He was accepted to Western University of Health sciences for medical school. He went on to do his first year of residency at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ and was voted as Preliminary Intern of the Year by his co-residents and attendings. His surgical interests include colorectal and minimally invasive surgery. He is excited to have the opportunity to work alongside his wife, who is an Internal Medicine resident at CMHS.
